The six-story mixed-use development includes 200 apartment dwellings and 22,000 sf of commercial space development with two levels of parking on 1.7 acres. The development is located in Historic Filipinotown next to Echo Park. The site was once occupied by the Derby Dolls roller rink “Doll Factory” on Temple Street. A second phase has been planned for a 47-unit affordable housing building on the same site.

Geocon performed an updated geotechnical investigation addressing deep shoring and a cut-fill transition and provided testing and observation during construction.
