The former William Kettler Elementary School is being transformed into the Kettler Education Center housing Huntington Beach City School District offices.  Geocon worked with SVA Architects to design the renovation of the existing facility including new classrooms, restrooms, kitchen, library with exterior improvements consisting of new parking and bioretention basins and bioswales.   Our work included liquefaction analysis, new seismic design criteria and recommendations for foundations, pavements and infiltration.
