The master-planned community of Atwell will transform over 1,528 acres into approximately 4,400 single-family homes across 40 neighborhoods. Developed by Pardee Homes, this Riverside County community is located at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains and will include parks, trails, recreation center and other activity centers throughout the neighborhoods.

Geocon performed a geotechnical investigation as well as testing and observation during construction for each phase as it is being developed.
