The 1133 Hope Street, 34-story mixed-used high-rise structure towers above its neighbors two blocks from the Staples Center in the highly developed downtown Los Angeles area. Geocon started working on the site back in 2006 performing a comprehensive geotechnical investigation as well as a site specific seismic design in 2016 after the project sat dormant for 10 years.
