The Campus (formerly named Providence Business Park) is a new industrial park offering 9 industrial buildings, 2 retail buildings and one office building providing a total of 740,000 sf of rentable space throughout the 53-acre site. Additional infrastructure projects included installation of new traffic signals, repaving surrounding streets and sidewalk improvements to accommodate the growth in the area.

Geocon performed a geotechnical investigation, Phase 1 ESA, testing and observation during grading and site improvements and asbestos consulting services.

Interesting fact:  Present day Eastvale is part of the 1838 Rancho Jurupa land grant by Mexican Governor Juan Alvarado to Juan Bandini
