Fairfield Residential recently completed the 6- and 7-story mixed use project in the St. James Historic District of San Jose adjacent to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority Light Rail.  The structure has one level of subterranean parking with parking and commercial/retail on the first floor and about 200 residential units in the upper levels.

Geocon provide both geotechnical and environmental services during design, demolition of existing structures and construction of the new mixed-use project.
