California State Parks On-Call

The California Department of Parks & Recreation, also known as California State Parks, administers 280 parks on 1.4 million acres of land, 280 miles of coastline and 3,000 miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails.  It is the largest park system in the US and was established in 1927.

Geocon has held the on-call services contract with State Parks since 2005 and provided services on over 120 projects.  Services have included geotechnical engineering, environmental services and construction observation.  A listing of representative projects in listed:
