Goodman Library
Napa, California

The Goodman Library was constructed in 1901 in the Richardson Romanesque style using rusticated stone, round arch windows and massive scale.  It was the longest operating library in California and now houses the historical society and the Napa County Landmarks,  The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and was damaged in an earthquake in 2014.\

As the City’s on-call geotechnical firm, Geocon was retained to provide special inspection of the repairs to the historic structure
