A familiar Redlands property is taking on a new purpose in service to the community.
The former K-Mart property on West Redlands Boulevard is being redeveloped for the Redlands Police Department Safety Hall, creating a new facility to support public safety services in the community.
Geocon supported the project’s early site preparation with pre-demolition environmental evaluation, monitoring, and documentation. With construction now underway, our role continues through materials testing and special inspection services as the new facility takes shape.
From evaluating existing site conditions to supporting construction, our work has carried forward through key stages of the redevelopment, providing the City with technical support as the property transitions from its former use to a new public-serving facility.
