Geocon has been part of Atwell’s transformation since day one, supporting this 1,500-acre master-planned community through every phase, from rough grading to today’s footing and sidewalk inspections.
Our work has spanned multiple phases of geotechnical investigation, along with ongoing construction testing and observation for the essential infrastructure that powers this growing community:

Developed by Pardee Homes (now Tri Pointe Homes), Atwell will bring 4,400 homes, parks, trails, and recreation spaces to the City of Banning. Geocon’s local team, led by Lisa Battiato, and nearly every technician from our Murrieta office have contributed to the progress along the way.
