Mr. Adams began his career with Geocon in 2014.  He has over 20 years of experience in engineering geology, specializing in large master-planned communities including 3 Roots, Portola, Meadowood, Quarry Creek, and others in San Diego County.  His expertise includes challenging landslide mitigation projects and mass grading. Additionally, he is a Past President of San Diego Association of Geologists, where he organized field trips throughout San Diego County and Mexico.

An Englishman by birth, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Imperial College, London University and a master’s degree from University of British Columbia.  In his free time, Rupert spends time with family including his wife and two “nearly adult” sons.
