Ms. Ramadev began her career at Geocon in 2006 as Associate General Counsel and became General Counsel in 2016. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego, majoring in Cognitive Science with a minor in Law & Society, which sparked her interest in how people, systems, and the law intersect. She went on to receive her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004.

At Geocon, Ms. Ramadev oversees the Legal Department. Her work spans contract review and negotiation, insurance and risk management, employment and labor law compliance, employee policies and procedures, and litigation strategy. She also serves as a trusted advisor to Geocon’s principals, helping navigate a wide range of legal and business issues with a practical, forward-looking approach.

Outside of work, Ms. Ramadev is a proud mom of two kids and an adorable Goldendoodle, who keep her very busy. She enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and continually exploring opportunities for personal growth and new experiences.
