Ms. Ramadev started her professional career with Geocon in 2006 as Associate General Counsel and assumed the role of General Counsel in 2016. Ms. Ramadev graduated from U.C. San Diego with a major in Cognitive Science and a minor in Law & Society, laying the foundation for an understanding of the intricate intersection between cognition and legal systems. Ms. Ramadev earned a law degree in 2004 from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Ms. Ramadev supervises both the Legal and Human Resources Departments, including, but not limited to, all aspects of contract review and negotiation, insurance compliance, risk management, employment/labor law compliance, drafting employee policies and procedures, litigation strategy/management, and generally advising Geocon’s principals on a wide variety of issues, ensuring that Geocon’s legal affairs are handled with attention to detail and foresight.

Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Ramadev is a proud parent of two children. She also enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and pursuing opportunities for personal growth and exploration.
