Kim has 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and oversees Geocon’s marketing and business development teams, supporting statewide growth across public and private sector markets. Her expertise includes client growth, proposal development, and strategic positioning for projects involving testing and inspections, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and industrial hygiene services, with a strong understanding of complex procurement requirements. Outside of work, Kim likes going to the gym, reading, and spending time outdoors. In her downtime, she spends time with friends and family, along with their two giant dogs, Belle and Beast. She is also a fan of country and rock music and attends concerts as often as she can.
