Since joining Geocon in 2005, Mr. Kasman has managed multidisciplinary geotechnical investigations for major development and infrastructure projects, including commercial and residential developments, schools, hospitals, transportation facilities, and large-scale infrastructure. He has extensive experience conducting surface fault rupture hazard investigations throughout California and leads Geocon’s team of engineers and geologists in the installation and monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation for major tunnel projects.
As Vice President, Mr. Kasman is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Geocon’s Burbank office, including developing technical scopes of work, managing project schedules and budgets, and providing technical oversight and quality control. Outside of work, Gerry is an active volunteer leader with a local Scouting council. He and his wife enjoy traveling and look forward to new adventures now that their children are grown. In his free time, he enjoys camping and sportfishing.
