Mr. Lydon joined Geocon Incorporated in 2006 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer at the beginning of 2007. Bill manages the Human Resources and Accounting Departments at the corporate office in San Diego where he directs and reviews the accounting function to ensure timely and accurate project management, and financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) cost principles. He graduated in 2001 with a Masters in Accounting from Stonehill College, in North Easton, MA, and spent 5 years working for public accounting firms before joining Geocon. In 2011, Bill spearheaded the conversion of Geocon’s accounting system to a cloud based platform that is now accessible by all Geocon offices.

Outside of the office, Bill is a married father of  4. He loves spending time outdoors at all the different parks and beaches around San Diego with his family. When possible, he enjoys golfing with friends, playing beach volleyball, or taking in a Padres game.
