Crown Valley Parkway JRWSS Transmission Main Relocation

Geocon supported a major infrastructure upgrade in Laguna Niguel with materials testing and inspection services for the Crown Valley Parkway Transmission Main Relocation – an essential project for South Coast Water District that improves long-term access and reliability.

Originally located in a residential easement, the pipeline was rerouted into Crown Valley Parkway to streamline maintenance and reduce disruption risks. Our scope included trench bottom observations, backfill and subgrade verification, asphalt and concrete placement monitoring, and non-destructive testing methods.

At the start of construction, the District reached out to Geocon to explore alternative testing methods—relying on our technical depth and field flexibility to support the project from day one.

From ground conditions to final pavement, we deliver practical solutions that support every step of construction. Projects like this show how we partner with clients to create safer, more resilient infrastructure – above and below the surface.
